Georgetown Modern

Join us on Thursday, November 10th - 6:30pm at the Old Monument Cafe (1953 S. Austin Ave) for a unique presentation by architect Steve Curry, President of Houston Mod and winner of Preservation Houston's Good Brick Award for his restoration of a 1953 contemporary home. He will be discussing the story behind the architecture, landscape and interiors of Georgetown's post war homes.

Steven F. Curry AIA currently serves as President of the Board of Directors of Houston Mod, a nonprofit membership organization dedicated to promoting knowledge, appreciation and preservation of modern architecture and design in Houston and Texas.

A graduate of the University of Houston Gerald D. Hines College of Architecture and a founder of Houston-based Curry Boudreaux Architects, he is a registered architect and interior designer in the state of Texas with 35 years of experience in a wide range of building types and scales.
